Our specialized fat production facilities are located in Alekseevka (Belgorod Region), on the premises of Taman Sea Port in the Krasnodar krai. The solid technical base secures a strong competitive advantage for the Company. So far, EFKO Group is the only Russia's producer employing a fractionation technique to manufacture cocoa butter substitutes used in the confectionery industry. The Group's high-tech plants allow for using interesterification and hydrogenation for producing fats. Due to its consistently high quality the EFKO specialized fats and margarines are demanded more than in 10 countries worldwide.

EFKO's food ingredients production process involves formulas and technologies developed by the in-house R&D center and is certified as required by the national and global standards. EFKO's fats meet all the requirements of:

EFKO's food ingredients meet all the requirements of "Technical regulations for fat and oil products" (CU TR 024/2011), "About food products safety" (CU TR 021/2011) and "Food products and part of thier marking" (CU TR 022/2011). Moreover, EFKO became the first among Russian companies that started to work in accordance with RSPO. This certificate confirms that supply chain of raw materials and production of the Group is in compliance with the specification of ecologically stable production of a global level.
