EFKO continues to search for talented graduates

11 June 2019, Voronezh, Russia – EFKO Group, leader of specialized fats and margarines market in Russia and EEU countries, participated in the Career Day that traditionally takes place in Voronezh State Agrarian university (VSAU) named after Peter I under the aegis of the Department of agrarian policy of Voronezh region.

Ярмарка вакансий 3.pngFor many years EFKO Group has participated in VSAU events, organized excursions for students to its production areas as well as internships. Many graduates of the university today are parts of the big and united team of the company who successfully build their career.

«We have collaborated with EFKO for 10 years, - Vladimir Ryabov, chief of the Center of employment assistance, noted. – In 2008 I was deputy dean of the Economic Faculty and helped to select graduates to employ in the company. Among the candidates there was Pavel Mezenov who today is financial director of EFKO Group. Our graduates are interested in the Group and its conditions».

Within the Career Day students from 9 faculties – Economic, Law, Agro-engineering, Faculty of Technology and Merchandizing and others – visited stand of the company. Students were interested in success stories of VSAU graduates who today are promising specialists, knew about conditions of internships, advantages of the work in EFKO, current vacancies, necessary skills and competencies.

«This time 3-year students from the Faculty of Technology and Merchandizing of VSAU undergo a paid internship in departments of Fat&Oil division of the company: departments of development and of sales technological support, - Inna Mironenko, HR-manager of EFKO Group, told. – The best interns usually get the job offer – we hope this time the situation will be the same».

In the near future the most promising and talented graduates will join the personnel reserve of the company and later become its employees.
