EFKO Group will organize a training on mechanics in its Taman Office
30 July 2019, Temryuksky district, Russia – A regular training will be organized at the enterprises of EFKO Group’s production area in Taman. It aims at on-the-job training of employees with an opportunity of further career promotion.
A training on mechanics will be organized in Taman seaport on the base of the training center «Biruch» Management School». Every employee interested in qualification upgrading and obtaining of new professional competencies can participate in it. For young employees of the company it is an opportunity to obtain in a short time main skills necessary for their work while for experienced ones – to fill any possible gaps in knowledge and increase the level of effectiveness of making of management decisions.
Within two weeks participants of the event will pass several theoretic and practical stages – each of them demands their attention, dexterity and ability to complete the tasks promptly. They will identify structural and technological features of the equipment, make new pieces, and specify quantitative and qualitative indicators of target achievements that influence on the result of the work.
