1. Send a resume
Choose a job position you’re interested in and email your resume. Our HR-managers examine wisely all CVs and stay in touch in case you have questions. If your education, previous job experience and skills are relevant to the applying job position, we will contact you shortly.

with the position name in question. In the cover letter note desirable functionality, skills and experience. Detailed, properly prepared resume along with a cover letter will help us to understand your expectations and to contact you in case we have an open position you may be interested in.
2. Job interview and testing
If we’re interested in a CV, we will call an applicant for an interview with an HR-manager. During the interview we assess your motivation level, personal qualities, and job experience.
Testing is a part of company’s recruitment system. This is a standard test companies have been using in Russia for many years. It includes both numeric and verbal information perception, abstract and logical tasks, as well as questions evaluation and recognition of your personal qualities. It will help us to get to know your personality better, to recognize your communication style, type of character, interpersonal skills and honesty.
Testing includes a big set of questions and there’s no time limit. On the average passing the test takes 1–1,5 h. Please, be ready.
As a part of the interview, you will be able to ask questions you have about the way we work and what benefits complete the package.
3. Interview with the boss
The company practices collegial decision-making to hire a candidate which results in holding a several meetings — with a head of department you’re applying for, if needed you will be interviewed by its supervisor and colleagues from within related departments you will be cooperating the most.

Depending on a position you’re applying for, we may conduct additional testing or tasks to fully develop your professional knowledge and skills. Some of company’s open positions demand for Assessment Center training.
Interviews are a two-way process. Before meeting your potential boss and colleagues, please prepare the questions in advance. We find it important for the applicants to have a clear perception of their future position, area of responsibilities and perspectives.
4. Job offer
In case you successfully pass all stages of competitive selection, EFKO Group will make you a job offer.
Depending on the position of your choice, it may take from 7 days to 2 months for the company to offer you a job.
Before joining the workforce, you’re required to participate in an independent health examination — it takes around one day and the company reimburses money spent for it.
