Eleni Stylianou was born in Nicosia, Cyprus in August 1973. She graduated from secondary school (applied sciences) in June 1990 and in September of the same year she started her bachelor of Laws (LL.B) at Queen Mary & Westfield College, University of London, United Kingdom which she completed in June 1993. In September 1993 she started her barrister-at-law vocational course in London which she had successfully completed in June 1994 and was called to the Degree of an Utter Barrister-at-law by the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn, London (1994). She did her legal practice & training in Cyprus at John Clerides & Sons Law Office and was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 1995.
With over twenty years legal practice in Cyprus she has worked with domestic and multinational clients and has advised on a large number of complex legal issues. During the years of her practice she has argued many cases before the District Courts and the Supreme Court of Cyprus. She is also a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and has acted as liquidator in some of the biggest liquidations in Cyprus.
She was elected a member of the Efko Foods Plc Board of Directors in November 2017.
