EFKO at Uglich International Cheese and Butter Production Conference

EFKO yet again took part in the International Cheese and Butter Production Conference held in Uglich on 25–29 June 2012. It was devoted to strengthening competitive advantages of domestic cheese makers. About 150 experts were present at the Conference organized in the Russian Research Institute for Bread and Butter Production.

EFKO was represented by Alyona Konoplyova, a leading manager, who made a market overview of spreads with functional additives. Alyona talked on excellent consumer properties and market niche of these products, and explained the reasons for spread production growth and importance of spreads for a healthy diet.
