EFKO yet again took part in the International Cheese and Butter Production Conference held in Uglich on 25–29 June 2012. It was devoted to strengthening competitive advantages of domestic cheese makers. About 150 experts were present at the Conference organized in the Russian Research Institute for Bread and Butter Production.
In June 2012, EFKO became an official member of the German Institute of Food Technologies (DIL), an association of German food producers based in Quakenbrück, Germany. EFKO is yet the only Russian company out of 140 members cooperating with the German Institute of Food Technologies.
EFKO has yet again taken part in the Modern Bakery International Exhibition. The exhibition was held at Expocentre, Moscow, on 13–15 June 2012. EFKO's active involvement was traditionally far-reaching – the Company acted both as an exhibitor and a workshop organiser for its customers, and participated in special events of the exhibition.
On 6–8 June 2012, EFKO staged the Confectionery Market Trends: Safety, Innovations, Economy workshop for the confectionery industry.
