In 2017 EFKO Group launched egg deep processing plant. Decision on building was taken due to heavy growing of production volumes and necessity to realize products of high quality.

Today the company produces pasteurized liquid and dried egg products that are irreplaceable in confectionary, baking, meet and fat-and-oil sectors. High level of requirements to the process and technical facilities of production permit producing of egg products with parameters that are higher than Russian standards. All egg products passed ISO certification, which guarantees their quality and safety.

Types of egg products: 

Liquid fermented egg yolk

Process of preparation: liquid egg yolk is pasteurized, then put to aseptic package that ensures high quality and prolongs significantly storage period. Different additives can be added to the product by agreement with a customer. Fermented yolk is made via fermentation of egg mixture – thanks to it, the product acquires thermal stability.

Liquid pasteurized egg mélange 

Process of preparation: liquid egg mélange is filtered, pasteurized, then put to aseptic package that ensures high quality and prolongs significantly storage period. Chilled mélange can be produced both in natural content and with addition of different ingredients by agreement with a customer.

Dried fermented egg yolk

Process of preparation: liquid yolk of fresh eggs is filtered, normalized and pasteurized. After spraying drying the product is packed in aseptic conditions that ensures a long storage period. Fermented yolk is made via fermentation of liquid yolk before drying. Fermentation provides increasing of emulsifying and stabilizing properties of the product in a broad range of temperatures.

Dried fermented (sugar-free) egg white

Process of preparation:  liquid white of fresh eggs is desugared, dried and pasteurized. Dry pasteurization in thermo-rooms permits varying of main technological parameters of final product according to individual needs of customers. White acquires foam-forming or gel-forming properties. It can be produced without any special properties.

Sealing of production lines, washing in CIP-system, pasteurization under 120°C and full automation, which excludes human element, let the company produce egg processing products of the highest quality and realize them in Russia and international markets.
