Program for selection of personnel «Siberian golden reserve» began
19 May 2020, Voronezh region, Russia – EFKO Group team announces start of an exclusive selection of personnel «Siberian golden reserve» among graduates of six Russian regions.
For EFKO people are main competitive advantage. Therefore selection of personnel and programs for qualification upgrading in the company is a calibrated system of transfer of knowledge and competences. It is based on long-standing practice of designing of social systems, scientifically valid approaches in psychology and HR completed by reference to specific features of the corporate culture.
The heart of the corporate education in EFKO is scientific and educational center «Biruch» located near Alexeevka, Belgorod region.

Graduates of the universities located in 46 settlements from the following 6 regions can participate in the project: the Republic of Altai, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Altai Krai, Novosibirsk, Omsk and Tomsk regions.
Start-up social package for each vacancy: the salary is 60 th rubles, comfortable corporate accommodation in Belgorod region and well-developed infrastructure.
