The high quality of quail egg mayonnaise “Sloboda” has been proven once again by independent review

February 12, 2014, Moscow, Russia – Quail eggs mayonnaise “Sloboda” produced by EFKO Group succeeded in independent quality review by the certified test center of SSI All-Russian Research Center of poultry-processing industry of the Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences and proved its high quality.

Mayonnaise “Sloboda” is being considered as the most popular product amongst Russians. EFKO Group has a responsible approach to the process of food production and currently is one of the few producers selling Non-Starch mayonnaise with no preservatives, artificial coloring or flavoring agents. 

“Sloboda” is an organic product produced under ORGANIC-CONTROL system supervision. We inspect carefully materials we use to meet all quality requirements of both our company’s and food safety standards established by the legislation. 

EFKO Group regularly performs a quality audit of its products at independent laboratories to ensure customers a high quality of produced products. 

In particular, quail eggs mayonnaise “Sloboda” has passed inspection held at the certified test center of SSI All-Russian Research Center of poultry-processing industry of Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences and proved its high quality as well as the actual presence of quail eggs.

Certified test center of SSI All-Russian Research Center of poultry-processing industry of the Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences was opened in 1992 and up to date is one of the most authoritative in Russia. The center is accredited by both the GOST R certification system and Laboratory accreditation system carrying out sanitation and epidemiological research and procedures.
